Project Controller

For an international industrial company active across Europe and the US and with head office in Belgium, we are looking for a
Project Controller
to support the company's continued growth. The company, headquartered in the Kortrijk region, develops and produces large-scale technical solutions, generates around €1 billion in revenue, and has grown rapidly in recent years through organic expansion and acquisitions.

As a Project Controller you will focus on improving forecast accuracy and elevating data-driven decision-making, including the use of new digital tools such as PowerBI. You will be responsible for controlling complex projects, predicting margins and preparing forecasts in an environment where project fluctuations require sharp analytical thinking. In addition, you will play an active role in challenging project managers and helping steer performance toward the best outcomes.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project controlling within a project-driven business;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to challenge and support project managers;
• The ability to work effectively with digital tools, including PowerBI;
• Experience with ERP transitions;
• A hands-on, adaptable and pragmatic personality;
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch and French is an advantage;
• International experience is considered a plus.
